Will I be sharing the plane with other passengers?
Standard Sky500 flights are not shared flights (unless you specifically selected "Share this Trip").  You will be booking the entire aircraft.  This means you are welcome to fill the plane with as many people as there are seats.  Just specify the number of passengers you would like to bring, when booking your trip. 
  
What happens if I need to cancel last minute?
Because the discounted flights on Sky500.com are part of an existing schedule, once you book an empty leg (one-way) charter flight, a non-refundable 100% cancellation fee will be applicable, so make sure you will definitely be going on the trip, prior to booking.  If you need a cancelable private jet charter, you will need to book a retail round trip flight.  These flights are typically cancelable, with a full refund, within 24-48 hours.
  
Is there any food on board the aircraft?
Yes.  Standard soft drinks and snacks are provided complimentary.  If you would like something special, like Champagne, Caviar or a full meal, you can place a catering order.  You will be asked, upon booking if you would like to order any catering.
  
Can I bring food on the private jets?
Yes.  Standard soft drinks and snacks are provided complimentary and for a fee, you can order additional catering, however, you are welcome to bring any type of food or drink aboard the aircraft.
  
Do I use the commercial airport entrance?
No.  At most airports, you will be using the private jet terminal, known as an FBO.  This stands for Fixed Base Operator and usually a small building that has a private entrance for private jet travelers.
  
What happens if there is a mechanical issue with my booked aircraft?
OK, so here is the deal.  Mechanical and weather related issues are the two biggest headaches of private jet travel.  As with any sophisticated piece of equipment, aircraft can and do have mechanical issues on occasion, which can arise last minute when the aircraft is being prepared for your flight.  If the aircraft has a mechanical issue, the crew will do their best to get the plane's issue resolved as quickly as possible, however if the plane is unable to be fixed within 2 hours, your flight may have to be cancelled.  Cancellations in empty leg jet charter often mean that you will loose the jet and special pricing that you reserved and will be subject to a full refund.  In the event of a cancellation, for any reason, Sky500.com personnel will assist you in reserving a commercial flight, or another private jet.  Be aware, however, that any replacement flight option, if the cost is higher, will be your responsibility.
