Booking & Payment
Bookings are not confirmed until Sky500 confirms aircraft availability. Prices are subject to change until confirmed. Payment is due upon Sky500's confirmation of the flight.
Cancellation Policy
Empty leg (one-way) charter flights carry a 100% non-refundable cancellation fee immediately upon booking. Round-trip charters are generally cancellable with 72 hours written notice. Specific terms appear in your booking agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Sky500 acts as an agent only. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of aircraft operators, delays, cancellations, or incidents arising from your use of chartered aircraft.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
