Empty leg (one-way) charters carry a 100% non-refundable cancellation policy once booked. Round-trip retail charters are generally cancellable with 72 hours written notice. Check your booking terms for specifics.
Standard bookings are full-aircraft charters. You fill it with as many passengers as seats allow. Shared trips are explicitly labeled.
Most aircraft are pet-friendly. Verify before booking and note that any damage or cleaning fees are the passenger's responsibility.
